An established Legal 500 firm in Hampshire is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its highly regarded property team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy, well-supported department with an immediate caseload and clear long-term progression.

From a recruitment perspective, this is a key hire and the successful candidate will take on a varied and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Managing freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion
• Advising clients on residential property matters with a strong focus on client care
• Liaising with agents, lenders and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions
• Managing files efficiently while maintaining compliance and regulatory standards
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
