Employment Associate - E&W qual. (remote

A modern, boutique commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to support its continued growth.

This is a fully remote opportunity within a small, high-performing team delivering work comparable in quality to Top 200 firms, but within a more agile and personal environment.

• Full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week)
• Fully remote, with bi-monthly team meet-ups.
• Private medical cover and competitive holiday entitlement
• Direct reporting line to the Managing Director
• Genuine scope to shape and grow the employment function

• Manage an existing employer-focused caseload independently
• Advise on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Support the corporate team on employment aspects of share and business sales, including due diligence and TUPE
• Play an active role in marketing and business development
• Build and maintain strong client and introducer relationships

• Minimum 3 years’ PQE in England & Wales employment law.
• Experience must come from practicing in England & Wales in Employment Law.
• Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of employment legislation
• Experience supporting corporate transactions (employment DD, TUPE)
• Comfortable working autonomously within a collaborative team
• Commercially minded and confident in client-facing situations
