As a Remortgage Conveyancer
, you'll handle a caseload of remortgage transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and benefit from state-of-the-art systems designed to make your job easier.

Key Responsibilities of a Remortgage Conveyancer:

• Manage your own caseload of remortgage files

• Liaise with clients, lenders, and third parties to progress cases efficiently

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards

• Deliver outstanding client service throughout the process

• Previous experience in a remortgage or residential conveyancing role

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
