Family law Legal Secretary

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and forward-thinking law firm based in Manchester for a Family Law Legal Secretary to join their supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary seeking a predominantly remote role, offering flexibility alongside a collaborative working environment.

Location:

Manchester (Fully Remote with occasional office attendance)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

• Providing full secretarial support to Family Law solicitors
• Audio and copy typing of legal documentation and correspondence
• Preparing court bundles and legal documents
• Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and arranging appointments
• Handling client enquiries professionally and sensitively
• Opening, maintaining, and closing client files
• Assisting with billing and general administrative duties
• Fully remote working with flexibility
• Supportive and collaborative team culture
