Leading Sussex practice seeks Residential Property Solicitor or ILEX to take over existing caseload offering 50% home/remote working.

Working from the firm’s modern town centre offices you will be joining a team of 10 fee earners dealing with the sale/purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties which include seafront apartments, family homes, investment properties, RTBs and new build developments. Any experience with residential lease extensions, enfranchisement or rural/country properties would be an added advantage.

Candidates should be Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers able to run a full caseload with minimal supervision. Full admin/secretarial support is on hand.
