Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (Fully Remote) Salary: £44,000 £ 58,000 DOE  Bonus

100% Remote TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a forward-thinking, digital-first conveyancing firm that is continuing to grow its specialist team. This is a brand new opportunity for a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join the business on a fully remote basis. This firm is genuinely transforming the conveyancing space combining strong leadership, smart use of technology, and a collaborative team culture.

They are looking for an experienced lawyer who is confident, commercially aware, and highly competent in handling complex residential matters, particularly Building Safety Act (BSA) work. Essential Requirement To be considered for this role, you MUST :
Have strong, recent experience handling Building Safety Act (BSA) matters Be fully comfortable managing a caseload of BSA sales and purchase files independently This is non-negotiable. The caseload will include a significant volume of BSA-related transactions, and prior hands-on experience in this area is essential.

The Role You will:
Manage your own caseload of varied residential matters, including a proportion of BSA sales and purchases Handle matters from instruction through to completion with full autonomy Work closely with and deputise for the Team Leader when required Provide cover on other caseloads where necessary Manage exchange of contracts and completions efficiently Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies Maintain accurate case management records using a digital CMS Deliver excellent client service in line with KPIs Support, mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members Participate in file reviews and audits About You Minimum 4 years PQE in residential conveyancing Strong experience handling Building Safety Act matters on both sales and purchases

Experience with freehold and leasehold transactions Confident managing remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters Comfortable working in a tech-driven, remote environment Strong communication and organisational skills Recent CPD including enhanced AML training This role will suit someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a modern remote environment, and wants to be part of a progressive firm that is genuinely investing in the future of conveyancing.
