QED Legal are looking for a Post‑Completions Paralegal / Assistant to join their client's reputable Legal 500 firm based in Southend‑On‑Sea, Essex on full time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare completion bills, statements, and support completion processes.
• Have a good understanding of the Land Registry and conveyancing terminology.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Assistant / Paralegal in a post‑completions department.
• Good telephone manners and efficient general office skills.
