Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Residential Property Solicitor 2+ PQE to join their outstanding team.

This role will allow you to become a crucial part of a flourishing, highly skilled and experienced team with a specific focus on Residential Property transactions. This includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and more. This will be a hands‑on role in working with high‑end estate agents and having a real variety of work.

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor/Licenced Conveyancer with 2+ PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• You will be able to and comfortable in managing/developing client relationships
