Commercial Property Solicitor - 12‑Month FTC

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a specialist team supporting charities, faith organisations and social enterprises. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract where you'll manage a varied caseload and contribute to the development of the wider team.

• Managing acquisitions, disposals and leases
• Advising on complex commercial property transactions
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues

• Strong commercial property experience
• Confident handling complex matters and building trusted client relationships
• Clear communicator and effective problem‑solver
• Third‑sector experience is an advantage

• Hybrid working
• 25 days holiday
• 3 days per year for social‑purpose volunteering
