Property Solicitor - Fully Remote

Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a reputable and growing law firm for an experienced Property Solicitor to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a varied caseload while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

• Managing a caseload of residential and/or commercial property matters from instruction to completion
• Handling sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages, and leases
• Providing clear legal advice to clients
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Proven experience in property law (residential and/or commercial conveyancing)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Client‑focused approach
