• NQ–2 PQE private family solicitor
• Previous experience in private family law
• Able to assist on cases and gradually build caseload
• Committed to getting involved in business development from the outset
• Has run some of their own cases (Desired)
• Advocacy experience (Desired)
• Already involved in BD activities (Desired)

• Assist on a range of private family matters including:
  • Divorce
  • Financial remedy
  • Private children work
  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
  • International family issues
• Build your own caseload gradually with strong supervision and support
• Represent clients in court when required
• Get involved in business development to grow the firm’s private family law brand
• Contribute to the team’s collaborative, inclusive culture

• £45,000–£53,000 (top of market rate for this level)
• 24 days’ holiday (rising to 27) plus your birthday off
