This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy and growing property department. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while working closely with senior colleagues on more complex transactions.
The role offers exposure to a varied mix of commercial property work and provides the opportunity to develop long-term client relationships.
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Handling landlord and tenant matters including leases and renewals
- Acting on commercial property development transactions
- Drafting and negotiating property-related legal documentation
- Supporting senior solicitors and partners on complex matters
- Maintaining strong client relationships and providing excellent client care
- Qualified Solicitor with 2–4 years PQE in Commercial Property
- Experience managing a commercial property caseload
- Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and client care abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to work
