You’ll handle a diverse Court of Protection caseload and work closely with clients, families, and professional networks to deliver exceptional support. It’s a great opportunity to make a real impact while developing your career in a progressive and supportive environment.

• Court of Protection Solicitor with 0-4 year of post‑qualification experience gained in Court of Protection
• Private Client or Personal Injury experience would be advantageous
• Highly Ambitious and driven, with a proven record of technical knowledge and strong financial acumen
• Proven ability to navigate complex legal matters and manage high‑value cases
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent organisation and time‑management skills
• Ability to show business development
• Experience gained in a high street or regional firm

• Up to £65,000 depending on experience
• 30 days annual leave plus statutory holidays
