Chadwick Nott are delighted to be assisting a respected regional law firm in their search for a Residential Property Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer to join their established conveyancing team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with at least 3 years' PQE to manage a varied caseload and grow their career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

• Handling a broad caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
• Managing files independently with minimal supervision
• Providing clear, professional advice to clients and maintaining excellent client care
• Building strong working relationships with clients, estate agents, and third parties
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and firm policies

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Minimum 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law and procedure
• Excellent organisational skills to manage a busy caseload
• Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Competitive salary: £45,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
