Are you a Residential Property Solicitor, CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer or Lawyer looking to join a leading Kent practice working 2-3 days a week from home?

You will be joining a team of eight staff/lawyers dealing with mixed Residential Property work including freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, joint ownerships, re‑mortgages, equity releases/transfers, buy‑to‑let and plot and auction sales. Your responsibilities will include managing your own caseload using the firm's Case Management system, providing a good service to clients, and meeting targets (bonus included).

Applicants should have experience as a Residential Property solicitor, CILEX, licensed conveyancer, or lawyer gained at either an established regional or London practice. Additional experience with residential lease extensions or development work would be an added bonus. Candidates should be comfortable working to targets and delivering excellent client service.
