Hybrid Care Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of
* 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE)

* Key Responsibilities:

* As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, your duties will include:

* Managing a full and varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision.

* Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold transactions.

* Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process.

* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements including AML, SRA standards and GDPR.

* Drafting and reviewing legal documents including contracts, transfer deeds, and reports on title.

* Providing practical, clear and commercially sound legal advice to clients.

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using the firm’s case management system.

* Supervising and mentoring junior team members or support staff as required.

* Assisting with business development initiatives and helping to grow the team’s residential property offering.
The ideal candidate will have:

* A minimum of
* 5 years PQE
* in residential conveyancing, qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.

* A proven track record of handling a busy and varied caseload independently.

* Excellent client care and communication skills.

* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

* A proactive and commercial approach to problem-solving.

* Experience using conveyancing case management systems.

* A willingness to participate in the development of the department and wider firm.
