Ideal candidates will possess 3–5 years of Commercial Real Estate experience and a strong legal education. You will work closely with two seasoned lawyers and a Senior Law Clerk, ensuring smooth transactions through effective organizational skills and client interactions. Your ability to excel in a high-volume setting is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and edit property agreements and documentation

• Oversee transaction files and due diligence processes

• Conduct title searches and analyze results

• Prepare documentation for closing transactions

• Communicate effectively with clients and third parties

Requirements:

• Diploma in Legal Assistant or Law Clerk studies

• Experience in Commercial Real Estate of 3–5 years

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to deliver exceptional client service in a team setting
