Locum Planning Lawyer – Full Time – Remote Working – Up to £65 per hour umbrella – ASAP Start – Initial 3 Months Venn Group’s specialist legal team is currently recruiting for an experienced Locum Planning Lawyer to join a friendly Local Authority on an interim basis. The role offers excellent flexibility and the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a varied caseload of Planning Law matters on behalf of the Council Draft and negotiate Section 106 agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant planning legislation and policy Provide timely and pragmatic legal advice on a range of planning matters to Officers and stakeholders Requirements:
