Sellick Partnership is assisting a local authority in the East Midlands by recruiting a part-time Property Lawyer. The role is 15-20 hours per week with a rate of £45-60 per hour DOE. Office attendance is preferred but remote candidates will be considered.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in commercial property law, leases and licences, and landlord-tenant matters, with knowledge of local government property law.
