Clear Estate is on the lookout for a licensed attorney skilled in wills and estates to join our Clear Estate Independent Attorney Network (CEIAN). This external consultant role allows you to collaborate with our professional teams while addressing clients' needs variably. This is not a full-time role, granting you autonomy in managing your workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review estate planning and settlement documentation

• Represent clients in various probate applications and filings

• Provide support for executor duties via online platforms

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ post-admission legal experience

• Maintain good standing with the Bar Association

• Mandatory malpractice insurance coverage

• Comfortable using technology for client interactions

• Matched with clients after acceptance into the network
