** Are you a commercially minded legal professional looking for a role with real impact? We are seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to join our dynamic Legal team, playing a key role in supporting the business through the drafting, review and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of home working for 3–4 days per week, alongside time spent collaborating with colleagues at our Milton Keynes office.

Working closely with the Head of Legal, you’ll gain exposure to a diverse range of commercial and legal matters, with a front-row seat into how legal expertise shapes strategic business decisions. From managing legal risk to contributing to the wider legal and compliance agenda, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of key strategic initiatives and make a meaningful contribution to the growth and success of the business.

** Commercial Contracting
*** Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, customer agreements, NDAs and standard terms.
* Manage a varied portfolio of contracts, including some more complex agreements, with guidance where needed.
* Ensure contracts are completed in a timely manner and aligned to business objectives.
* Identify risks and escalate non-standard or higher-risk contractual issues to the Head of Legal as appropriate.
