Nationwide is seeking an Economic Crime Investigator for its Fraud Contact Team on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). The role involves speaking with customers about potentially suspicious activity, identifying fraud, and offering practical guidance to protect customers from future scams.
No prior fraud experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. The team operates within a hybrid model across the UK, with evenings shifts 5pm–11pm and one in two Saturdays.
