We are seeking an experienced lawyer/attorney to work as an external consultant within our Clear Estate Independent Attorney Network (CEIAN). You will assist in serving our clients while collaborating closely with our professional teams.
This role offers flexibility; workload will depend on clients' specific needs, allowing you to balance your commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create estate planning and settlement documentation
• Assist executors with probate applications and processes
• Support executor duties on and off the platform effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience post-Bar admission
• Proof of good standing with your Bar Association
• Required malpractice insurance coverage
• Technologically adept and customer-centric
• Initial client matching after acceptance into the network
