Broadgate, a fast-growing cross-border payments and Banking-as-a-Service platform, seeks a Head of Compliance / MLRO in London. This is a hands-on, mature compliance role with hybrid remote options and close collaboration with the Group Head of Compliance.
You will own day-to-day financial crime and operational compliance across jurisdictions, drive onboarding controls, monitoring programs and regulatory readiness as the UK presence scales post-FCA feedback.
