Involving 30 staff from across the business andled by our equity partners,thegroups generate ideas and make recommendations in respect ofwellbeing and diversity, green issues and our responsibilities to the local communities we serve. A wide cross section of staff are involved in the groups and colleagues who are new to the firm, are amongst the most active contributors.

We also like to have fun. If you’re new to the area and would like to get to know your colleagues better we have a social committee that regularly arranges local events and outings.

On 25 June 2025, our Partners showed their appreciation to all our staff for their hard work, dedication and professionalism over the past year.
