Resolvify Limited is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate
. The role offers hands-on exposure across legal, operations, administration, and business development, making it suitable for candidates looking to take on varied responsibilities and build a long-term career with a growing UK-based legal and ADR organisation.

Based on skills, experience, and overall suitability
- • Drafting legal notices, agreements, contracts, policies, and other legal documents
- • Conducting legal research and providing legal support
- • Managing operational and administrative tasks
- • Coordinating with clients, advocates, universities, institutions, accountants, marketing agencies, and other stakeholders
- • Assisting with business development, client onboarding, and follow-ups
- • Supporting the planning and execution of legal training programmes, webinars, and events
- • Coordinating with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations
• Maintaining documentation, reports, and internal records - • Undertaking additional responsibilities supporting organisational growth
- • LL.B. graduates are eligible
- • Final-year students are not eligible
- • Excellent written and spoken English
- • Strong legal drafting skills
- • Ability to draft agreements, legal notices, and professional correspondence
- • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- • Highly responsive, reliable, and detail-oriented
- • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- • Candidates genuinely interested in building a long-term career are preferred
- • Hands-on exposure to legal practice and ADR-related work
