Je stelt leverings-, hypotheek- en verdelingsakten op, beantwoordt juridische vragen en schakelt met notariskantoren, cliënten en intermediairs via telefoon en mail. Functie-eisen: mbo-4 of hbo in juridische richting, ervaring met zelfstandig opstellen van akten en nota's, beschikbaar voor 32–40
