They are currently recruiting for multiple clinical negligence solicitors or chartered legal executives of all levels to join on a largely home-working basis. You can expect a competitive salary, bonus structure and plenty of working from home.Your new roleThese Clinical Negligence solicitor/CILEx roles will see you:

• Manage a claimant clinical negligence caseload, with claim value, complexity, and level of autonomy determined by PQE and demonstrated capability
• Conduct day-to-day case handling from initial instruction through to resolution, including pre-action, litigation, and settlement stages
• Assess liability, breach of duty, causation, and quantum, providing clear and realistic advice to clients throughout the lifecycle of the claim
• Draft and respond to key legal documentation, including Letters of Claim, schedules of loss, pleadings, and witness statements
• Instruct and liaise with medical experts, counsel, and other professionals to support case progression.
• Progress claims in a proactive, timely, and cost-effective manner in line with the Pre-Action Protocol for Clinical Disputes
• Negotiate settlements where appropriate and prepare matters for litigation, ADR, or trial as required.
