This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with claimant personal injury experience who is looking to work within a supportive and forward-thinking environment offering hybrid and remote working flexibility.

You will manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters from inception through to settlement, delivering excellent client care while working alongside an experienced and collaborative legal team.

• RTA claims
• Employer's liability
• Public liability
• Fast-track and multi-track matters
• Litigated and non-litigated files

• Managing your own caseload of PI matters independently
• Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients
• Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
• Negotiating settlements with insurers and third parties
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements
• Supporting business development and client relationship activities where appropriate

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Personal Injury law
• Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Experience handling litigated files would be advantageous
• Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
