Venn Group is seeking a Locum Prosecutions Lawyer for a Midlands-based Local Authority, initially 3 months with likelihood of extension. The role offers predominantly remote working, with court attendance when necessary, and an hourly rate of up to £55 per hour (Umbrella).
Responsibilities include prosecuting a varied caseload, advising on regulatory and enforcement matters, and full case preparation for court proceedings. Court appearances will be required as needed.
