EQUITY INCENTIVES SOLICITOR – TOP LEGAL 500 FIRM – REMOTE WORKINGEquity Incentives Solicitor (6+ PQE) – Remote workingA new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Equity Incentives Solicitor to join a highly reputable Legal 500 practice remotely.

You must be a qualified solicitor, and have around 6 years + experience in practical and commercial issues relating to implementation and operation of rewards structures, cash incentive plans and employee equity. Drafting plan rules, shareholders circulars, employer and employee communications, trust documents.

We will also be happy to hear from experienced corporate solicitors who are keen to retrain or focus on Equity Incentives.
