The Role As a key member of the Immigration team, you will:
Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation across a broad range of immigration matters Assist businesses in applying for UK sponsor licences to recruit talent from overseas Guide employers through Skilled Worker visa applications, including salary and skill threshold compliance Advise on Right to Work checks to ensure compliance before employment Support individuals with applications under the EU Settlement Scheme and indefinite leave to remain Manage sponsor licences, ensuring businesses comply with Home Office duties Handle visa applications, extensions, work permits, and asylum cases Represent clients in hearings, tribunals, and appeals Stay up to date with UK immigration law changes, ensuring clients receive accurate, proactive advice Draft and review key legal documents, including petitions and appeals What We’re Looking For 5 years of experience in immigration law, with a strong focus on business immigration In-depth knowledge of UK immigration law, particularly corporate immigration and sponsorship Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly A proven ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills A client-focused approach, providing empathetic and practical solutions What’s on Offer?
