The Role:

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be specialising in property law, undertaking re mortgages, transfer of equities, sale & purchase transactions, including; freehold, leasehold and shared ownership, repossessions and new build on both residential and commercial properties (Both freehold and leasehold). The company have a bespoke case management system, allowing you to work as efficiently as possible with 100% of their work coming from word of mouth referrals.

There are no monthly billing targets within this role and the ability to work from home 1-2 days per week.

The Person :

This firm is looking for someone to fit into their hard working and sociable workforce. You will be working closely with people within the Property Team, and also have your own office. It is essential that you are a Practising solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE experience within Conveyancing. The company take pride in having a good relationship with their clients, so they will be looking for someone who can build and maintain these relationships.

The Benefits:

The salary for this role is £40-50K with the option of working from home 1-2 days per week. You will benefit from 23 days holiday + Stats (increasing year on year), and also an extra day off after 3 Bank holidays along with all professional courses paid for.
