Sellick Partnership is working with a Local Authority to recruit a Senior Legal Officer with extensive Right to Buy experience. The role is remote on an initial 3-6 month basis, with strong extension potential and £25-30 per hour, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will manage RTB files, draft leases and transfer documents, communicate with clients, and handle completions and post-completion work. Local authority background preferred but private sector experience considered.
