Solicitor - Motor| Remote We're working with a leading law firm that is looking to appoint a Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 1-3 years' PQE to join its Motor Recoveries team. This is a remote role, offering genuine flexibility and a strong work-life balance. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical experience who is looking to develop their career.

Full training and support will be provided, with supervisory responsibilities introduced as your experience and confidence develop.

The Role You'll initially focus on your legal caseload, with full training provided. As you develop in the role, you'll have the opportunity to take on supervisory responsibilities, including supporting and developing other lawyers. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring files are progressed proactively and efficiently, with deadlines met. Identifying and dealing with any risk, compliance or client issues. Developing your technical skills with full training and support from the wider team. Taking on supervisory, coaching and mentoring responsibilities as appropriate. About You We're looking for a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 1-3 years' PQE and the right to conduct litigation.

Previous supervision or team management experience is not essential - full training will be provided and supervisory responsibilities will be introduced at the appropriate stage. You'll be someone who:
Has a strong technical foundation and is keen to develop their career. Is interested in coaching, mentoring and developing others as their experience grows. Has good commercial awareness and understands the importance of financial performance. Is organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities.
