• Lead and manage litigation cases in magistrates’ courts and the High Court, demonstrating proven litigation skills.
• Work independently and collaboratively to deliver strategic legal advice to clients.
• Handle court procedures using High Court Rules, Caselines, and Court Online efficiently.
• Represent clients with the right of appearance at the High Court.
• Contribute to the firm’s reputation through excellent client service and legal expertise.

• 6 to 8 years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Proven litigation skills at magistrates’ courts and the High Court.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with High Court Rules, Caselines, and Court Online.
• Right of appearance at the High Court.

• Additional experience in commercial law, dispute resolution, or forensic investigations is advantageous.

• Competitive salary package ranging from R800,000 to R1,200,000 per year (Cost to Company), with negotiability.
