LHH is seeking a Legal Counsel to support the Swiss headquarters and international affiliates in a medical device environment. You will provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice on commercial, corporate, regulatory, IP, data privacy and competition matters.
You will draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, assess risks, and partner with Sales, Marketing, HR, IT, Supply Chain, R&D and Finance.
