Compensation:$130,000 – $275,000 base salary + bonus
Annual Hours Expectation:1,900

AboutThe Role
We are seeking an experienced attorney to join a high-performing litigation team handling complex products liability, commercial general liability, and catastrophic injury cases. This is a fast-paced role with significant hands-on exposure, including research, motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
The position is open to attorneys of all experience levels, with a minimum of two years of litigation experience or judicial clerkship preferred. Flexible work options, including fully remote, hybrid, part-time, and full-time schedules, are available.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex products liability, commercial general liability, and catastrophic injury cases from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
- Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and participate in mediations and hearings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and cross-office teams on litigation strategy
- Communicate with clients regarding case progress and risk management
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Licensed and admitted to practice in California (required)
- Minimum of two years of litigation experience or judicial clerkship strongly preferred
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills - Ability to manage cases independently while contributing to a team-oriented practice
- Experience with depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation preferred
