A growing and forward-thinking law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its busy team.

The role focuses primarily on contentious employment matters
, particularly discrimination and equality issues. The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base, including senior executives and commercial clients across sectors such as transport, marketing and technology.

• 8+ years' PQE
  , ideally gained within a reputable regional or London firm.
• Experience drafting and responding to Employment Tribunal claims.
• Experience preparing witness statements and managing disclosure.
• Confident advising and liaising directly with clients.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Able to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
• Comfortable contributing to business development activities.

• Fully remote working with optional occasional London office attendance.
