We’re looking for passionate conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with leasehold experience to join our team of property experts who are committed to quality, service and continuous improvement.
Onboarding Dates:- Monday, October 12th, 2026
- Monday, January 11th, 2027
- Monday, February 08th, 2027
- Manage circa 60-65 varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Draft and review contracts, deeds and other legal documents, providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
- Coordinate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice
- Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients and agents, delivering an exceptional service that inspires trust and repeat business
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or highly experienced in residential conveyancing
- Solid experience in property / conveyancing law
- Proven experience handling leasehold conveyancing matters
- Good working knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation
- Strong client care skills – we strive to communicate complex legal information clearly
- Ability to manage and prioritise a caseload and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a risk-aware approach to work
- Competent user of Microsoft Office and case management systems
- £33,000 to £50,000 annual salary plus bonus
