Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de juridische advisering en toetsing rondom vergunningverlening, met zwaartepunt op de Huisvestingswet, en adviseert over omgevingsrecht. Je vertegenwoordigt het college bij bezwar- en beroepsprocedures en werkt zelfstandig aan complexe vraagstukken voor inwoners en ondernemers.
