Litigation Solicitor – Tamworth An established and growing law firm is seeking a Civil & Commercial Litigation Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 1–5 years’ PQE to join its litigation team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, providing commercially focused legal advice and delivering a high standard of client service.

Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters Provide clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice Undertake legal research and remain up to date with relevant law and Court procedures Draft legal correspondence and documentation Build and maintain strong client relationships Progress cases efficiently, cost-effectively and in line with Firm procedures Meet annual fee-earning and billing targets Develop new business opportunities and cross-sell services where appropriate Maintain high professional and client service standards Candidate Requirements The ideal Civil & Commercial Litigation Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer will have:
Qualification as a Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer 1–5 years’ PQE Experience in civil and/or commercial litigation Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail The ability to manage competing deadlines and work effectively under pressure Proficiency with legal case management systems and Microsoft Office A proactive, commercially minded and client-focused approach Flexibility regarding working hours where required Benefits Company pension scheme Private healthcare – single cover 25 days’ annual leave plus public holidays Additional unpaid leave option Hybrid working – up to 2 days from home 1 day from home during probation First month fully office-based Free onsite parking This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil & Commercial Litigation Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer to develop their career within a supportive and commercially focused legal team.
