You will support senior legal counsel in drafting agreements, conducting research, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and amending various commercial contracts and legal documents.

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa (newly admitted or up to 3 years post-admission experience).
