Remote Conveyancing Solicitor

A well-established and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a Remote Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to work fully remotely while being part of a supportive and collaborative firm.

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds.
• Shared ownership and help-to-buy transactions.
• Managing cases from instruction to completion with exceptional client service.

• 3+ years PQE as a Conveyancing Solicitor (or licensed conveyancer/CILEX equivalent).
• Strong technical expertise in residential property law.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying engaged with the wider team.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
