Residential Conveyancing Solicitor Central London Hybrid working from NQ yrs PQE+ excellent salary and commission

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or CILEx qualified professional to join this award-winning full-service law team in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and providing exceptional client service. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to develop their expertise within a supportive and dynamic environment.

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and SDLT forms.
• Conducting property searches, liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Ensuring all transactions adhere to current legal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Providing clear and timely advice to clients regarding legal processes and obligations.
• Maintaining accurate case files and ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently.

This is a hybrid position with 2 days from home and 3 in the office in Mayfair London. They have excellent working hours. You will be exposed to high value work and great clients!
