Legal Counsel; German Speaking

Basic‑Fit is growing fast in Germany and Austria and continuously adds new clubs. As Legal Counsel you will be part of a seasoned legal team, serving as a trusted advisor to our international business colleagues.

• Advise the international German and Austrian expansion team, the real estate team, and operations on their legal questions.
• Draft and review commercial contracts and advise international support departments.
• Identify risk and work with the business to establish and maintain legal processes.
• Handle claims, liabilities, consumer law, and other legal matters relevant to Germany and Austria, cooperating with colleagues in other regions.
• Support the second brand Clever Fit in Germany with franchise matters, such as contracting, claims, and litigation.
• Participate in acquisitions and real estate matters, including lease agreements.
• Respond to operational, consumer, or franchise questions as they arise.

• Completed law degree, ideally from a university in Germany or Austria.
• Native German and fluent English.
• Minimum 6 years of legal experience as a lawyer or in‑house counsel.
• Experience with acquisitions, real‑estate law, and/or contract law.
• Experience with consumer law and/or franchise is advantageous.

• Monthly gross salary €5,000–€6,500 based on 40 hours, commensurate with experience.
