An exciting opportunity for a
Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing, modern law firm where

This is not a high-volume, target-driven environment. You'll have the freedom to
manage your own caseload, work with trusted clients and shape your working pattern around your life

You'll handle a varied
non-contentious commercial property caseload
, including:
- Commercial freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Landlord & tenant matters, particularly acting for landlords
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
- Lease assignments, transfers and related property matters
- Property work arising from corporate transactions
- Working closely with corporate and residential property colleagues
- Managing matters from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
The firm has a strong network of local agents and receives regular referrals, providing a steady pipeline of quality commercial property work.

You'll ideally have2-3+ years' commercial property experience and be comfortable handling matters with limited supervision.
You should have experience across
commercial leases, landlord & tenant and freehold/leasehold transactions
, together with a confident, client-focused approach.

Initial office attendance in Oxford will be required during onboarding, likely 2-3 days per week. Once established, the firm is highly flexible regarding hybrid and remote working.
