An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing, modern law firm where flexibility, autonomy and quality client service genuinely come first.
This is not a high-volume, target-driven environment. You’ll have the freedom to manage your own caseload, work with trusted clients and shape your working pattern around your life.
The RoleYou’ll handle a varied non-contentious commercial property caseload, including:
- Commercial freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Landlord & tenant matters, particularly acting for landlords
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
- Lease assignments, transfers and related property matters
- Property work arising from corporate transactions
- Working closely with residential property colleagues
The firm has a strong network of local agents and receives regular referrals, providing a steady pipeline of quality commercial property work.

You’ll ideally have 2–3+ years' commercial property experience and be comfortable handling matters with limited supervision.

Residential property experience is useful but not essential.
Initial office attendance in the Cotswold office will be required during onboarding, likely 2–3 days per week. Once established, the firm is highly flexible regarding hybrid and remote working.
