Court of Protection (COP)
Ordinary Residence matters
Advising on the Mental Health Act
Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs)

Desirable Skills and Requirements of an Adult Social Care Lawyer:

Previous experience working in Adult Social Care
Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
