Licensed Conveyancer  Remote  The Opportunity  We are looking for an experienced  Licensed Conveyancer  to join a well-established and growing conveyancing team on a fully remote basis.
This is an ideal opportunity for a conveyancer who wants to focus on  high-quality legal work and client delivery , without the pressure of business development or having to generate their own caseload.
Youll be supported by a  centralised team responsible for converting and progressing new work , allowing you to concentrate on managing your files, advising clients and delivering a high standard of service.
Package & Benefits     Salary:  £40,000 £ 60,000, depending on experience

Caseload:  Target of approximately  2025 completed matters per month

The Role  As a Licensed Conveyancer, you will take responsibility for managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters

Providing clear and professional legal advice to clients

Handling transactions from instruction through to exchange and completion

Reviewing contracts, title documents and searches

Raising and responding to enquiries

Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other relevant parties

Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and within required timescales

Maintaining accurate and compliant case records

Identifying and resolving issues throughout the conveyancing process

Working towards a consistent monthly completion target

Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance

What Makes This Role Different?
No business development.  You won't be expected to spend your time networking, bringing in clients or generating your own instructions.
A  centralised conversion team  handles the front-end process and converts incoming opportunities, providing you with a steady pipeline of work.
The focus is therefore on what you do best:  managing conveyancing matters, advising clients and getting transactions completed efficiently.
About You  Were looking for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer who is confident managing their own caseload and can work effectively in a remote environment.
You should have:
A relevant conveyancing qualification, such as  CILEX / Licensed Conveyancer status

Strong experience handling residential conveyancing matters

The ability to manage a busy caseload independently

A proven track record of consistently completing a high volume of matters

Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

Excellent client communication skills

Good organisational and time-management abilities

A proactive approach to progressing files

The ability to work independently while contributing to a wider remote team

A strong understanding of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements
